Through the Logicblock Insider, we’ll regularly update you on the latest features we’ve introduced, ensuring you’re always informed about the tools available to you.
Let’s highlight two of our latest features, which, though they might seem minor, can make a significant impact on your operations.
First-Time Purchaser Icon
In the Order Manager, you might notice a small icon appearing under the name on some orders. This “First-time Purchaser Icon” indicates that the buyer is new to your store and does not have an account.
This is an exciting moment—this individual has chosen to trust your business and make their first purchase. It’s an opportunity to nurture a potential repeat customer and, if they’re a business, perhaps even secure a large client down the road. Pay close attention to this icon and ensure these first-time buyers receive exceptional care.
Different Shipping/Billing Address Indicator
Another valuable feature we’ve added is the “Different Shipping/Billing Address Indicator.” This marker appears above the address section in orders where the shipping and billing addresses differ. It serves as a reminder to carefully review the order details, helping you reduce the risk of fraud—a persistent issue in online transactions.
